About Jordan

Jordan Smith is a partner whose practice covers criminal and civil litigation as well as wills and estates, including probate and estate administration. She has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba, defending clients against criminal and regulatory charges and representing them in disputes over wills, estates, torts, and personal injury claims. Smith frequently advocates in administrative proceedings, including CFS registry applications, and has assisted clients through the mental health detention review process. She earned her bachelor's degree from Brandon University in 2011 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2014, graduating on the Dean's Honour List, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2015. She is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba and the Criminal Defense Lawyers Association of Manitoba.
