Business & Corporate LawJoleen McCullagh was called to the bar in Ontario and in Saskatchewan in 2002, after earning her LL.B. with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2000 and a B.A. in sociology in 1996. She holds the King's Counsel designation and focuses her practice on family law, along with civil litigation, employment law, corporate law, real estate, wills and estates, and dispute resolution. She is a contract mediator with the Dispute Resolution Office for high-conflict family matters and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association. In 2015 she received the paNOW 'Best of the Best' award for family law. She previously served on the S.H.A.R.E. board and as president and board chair of the Prince Albert SPCA.
