About Johnny

Johnny Pak practices in Vogel LLP's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, focusing on catastrophic and serious injury litigation for plaintiffs, including fatalities, spinal cord and brain injuries, and chronic pain claims. Before his current practice he represented insurers on first- and third-party claims, giving him insight into insurance industry and defence strategy, and he previously articled and practiced commercial law at a national and international firm. He has taught the Trial Advocacy Course at the University of Calgary and the Alberta Bar Admission Program, was appointed King's Counsel in 2024, and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2005.
