About John

John Schuman is a Certified Specialist in Family Law and the principal lawyer at SchumanLaw in Toronto, practicing family law, children's rights, and education law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2001 after graduating from the University of Windsor's law school in 1998 and earning an LL.M. in child and family law from Queen's University in 1999. He is trained as a family mediator and collaborative lawyer and has litigated before every level of court in Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
