About John

John Morgan is associate counsel in Watson Goepel's Business Group, focusing on commercial real estate including the acquisition and development of hotels, shopping centres, apartment buildings, and office complexes. He negotiates financing and purchase of land and enforces commercial leases for landlords and tenants. John earned his LL.B. from UBC in 1972 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1973. He is the former Director and President of the Pacific Cinematheque.
