About Bruno

Bruno Laroche was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1980 and graduated from the Faculté de droit of the Université de Sherbrooke. As a litigator, he has represented clients before most of Quebec's courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Federal Court, the Court of Quebec (civil, criminal, and youth divisions), the Tribunal administratif du Québec, and the Régie du logement. His practice covers civil law broadly, including family law for married and common-law couples, the law of persons, land boundary disputes, estates law, real estate law and latent defects, neighbour disputes, contract disputes, debt collection, and corporate law. He has frequently acted as counsel for the Public Curator of Quebec and as prosecutor for the Deputy Attorney General of Canada, has served on numerous Barreau de Québec committees, and mentors lawyers beginning their practice in youth law. He has taught family law and the law of persons at the École du Barreau since 2011.
