About Joanna

Joanna Wrzesniewski is the principal of Kimmitt Wrzesniewski, and is licensed to practice law in British Columbia and in the state of New York. That practice covers commercial and residential real estate, including transactions on Westbank First Nations land, real estate development and subdivision, strata property law, corporate and business law, information technology law, and personal injury law. Joanna earned a law degree (LLB/JD) in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in 1996. Joanna sits on the boards of the Kelowna Art Gallery and the Central Okanagan Hospice Association, is treasurer of the National Real Estate Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and is vice chair of the Real Estate Section of the American Bar Association's International Law Section. Joanna is also a member of the Canadian IT Law Association, the Urban Development Institute, the Okanagan Mortgage Lenders Association, and the Kelowna Estate Planning Society.
