About Jim

Jim Egalité graduated from the University of Ottawa law school in 1989 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991. He went on to complete a Master of Laws in International Business Transactions at Exeter University in England, attended the 1990 summer session on private international law at the Hague Academy of International Law, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998. His practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including residential and commercial real estate, cross-border transactions, incorporation, and Canada-U.S. immigration.
