About Jillian

Jillian Allen focuses her family law practice on separation, divorce, and other complex family matters, and also advises on fertility law and parenting arrangements. She has practised family law since 2013, working both in negotiation and litigation to pursue practical, lasting resolutions for clients. Early in her career she received the David M. Jones Award, recognizing her dedication to social justice. Jillian is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the State Bar of California, and the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society.
