About Dena
Dena Al-hubaishi is an associate lawyer at Shulman & Partners LLP who has practiced exclusively in family law. She earned an Honours BA in Law & Society from York University and a JD from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law, and during law school she volunteered as a caseworker at a community legal aid clinic. She was called to the bar in Toronto in 2022 after articling with the Ministry of the Attorney General's Family Responsibility Office, where she stayed on as a Panel Lawyer handling child and spousal support enforcement. She has appeared before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and worked in private family law practice before joining Shulmans.
