About Jiang

Jiang Ling is a practising lawyer in British Columbia and a member of the British Columbia Bar Association, the BC Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Bar Association. He holds a JD from the University of Saskatchewan and worked at two large international law firms in Shanghai on corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate listings, and offshore asset management before moving to Canada. In Vancouver he trained with established local firms, first in civil litigation and then in family law litigation. His practice today covers family law, including divorce, property division, spousal and child support, and custody, as well as civil and commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, commercial sales contracts, real estate transactions, and immigration and naturalization matters. He is fluent in Chinese and English and is a regular contributor to the Fortune column of Fortune Weekly magazine on family law topics.
