About Jessica

Jessica Houle founded JH Legal Services after ten years practising with another firm, focusing on tailored, relationship-based service for wills, estates, and family and small business clients. She holds dual degrees from the University of Ottawa: civil law from the Faculty of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from the National Program's common law section, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the County of Carleton Law Association, sits on the ForeverCHEO Legacy Advisory Committee and the Ottawa Estate Planning Council, and volunteers with ProBono Ontario's Wills and Estates Clinic. Jessica describes herself as a proud Franco-Ontarian.
