About Jessi
Jessi Casebeer grew up in Yellowknife and returned there in 2018 after beginning her legal career as a Crown Prosecutor with the Nunavut Regional Office of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. At Dragon Toner Law Office, her practice focuses on administrative, child protection, employment, and criminal law, and she litigates before regulatory boards and tribunals at all levels of court. She has worked in the legal environments of both the Northwest Territories and Nunavut and serves clients in both territories. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Victoria (2015) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Honours in International Development and Globalization, from the University of Ottawa (2011).
