About Jennifer

Jennifer R. Foster is a lawyer and certified legal coach who provides limited-scope, unbundled family law services billed hourly. Before turning to family law, she spent more than fifteen years in marketing and fundraising roles for organizations including Yale University and Western University, then left that career to become a family lawyer. She has worked at several London law firms, served as the inaugural Executive Director of the Middlesex Law Association, and provided family law services and student coaching through Western University's Community Legal Services. Foster received the J.G. McLeod Scholarship in Family Law, the Brad Hodgson Civil Litigation Award, and the Paul Bradley Prize in Real Estate Law during law school, and holds certificates in mediation and negotiation. She continues to teach as an adjunct professor of the Family Law Externship and an introductory Family Law course, and volunteers with organizations including the Family Justice Centre and Pro Bono Students Canada.
