Jennifer Guay is the founder of Cabinet juridique Jennifer Guay Inc., a business law practice built for entrepreneurs across Quebec. Before practising law, Jennifer Guay started five companies in different industries, including B2B, B2C and e-commerce ventures, and sold two of them. The firm, which Jennifer Guay began building in 2017, advises clients from startup through growth and maturity on business, corporate and employment law matters such as incorporation, contracts, and buying or selling a company. Rather than billing by the hour, Jennifer Guay charges flat fees so clients know the cost of a matter in advance, and the practice is delivered entirely online to clients throughout Quebec.
