Jennifer A. Duncan is a sole practitioner specializing in Indigenous law, with a primary focus on governance, corporate, regulatory, and international law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Native Studies from the University of Alberta, graduating in 2000, and a law degree from the University of British Columbia, graduating in 2004. Jennifer is Dehla Got'ine from the Ts'oga Got'ine, and a member of the Behdzi Ahda First Nation and the Ayoni Keh Land Corporation, located in the Northwest Territories.
