About Jeff

Jeff Rosekat is a partner and Chair of Dickinson Wright's Canadian Litigation Practice Group in Toronto. He advises clients on complex commercial disputes, high-stakes negotiations, and other challenging matters, including commercial cases, privacy matters, commercial fraud, restructurings and insolvencies, professional negligence matters, and contract disputes. He has advised small businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups as well as institutional lenders and publicly traded and multinational companies. Before attending Osgoode Hall Law School, he held communications positions at both the Provincial and Federal governments, worked as a copy editor, and was a technical writer. He served as Chair of the Board of Justice for Children and Youth for five of his eight years on the board.
