About Jean-Sébastien

Jean-Sébastien Boucher practises business law, including incorporation, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, business sales, reorganizations, franchising, and financing, along with construction law, entertainment law, and private international law. Trilingual in French, English and Spanish, he has advised entrepreneurs and senior executives for more than a decade at the provincial, national and international levels. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2002 and holds an LL.B. from Université Laval (1999), a Pre-MBA in Finance, Management and Marketing from the University of Delaware (1998), and further studies at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in Argentina (2000). He speaks and trains regularly on business law topics and has written articles on the subject. He was nominated for the Junior Bar of Montreal's 'Leader of Tomorrow' award.
