Frank M. Schlesinger maintains a diversified practice covering intellectual property, real estate, wills and trusts, litigation, commercial and corporate matters, and employment law. He is a registered trademark agent and a former municipal judge, and he sits on the board of the Conference of Municipal Judges of Quebec. The son of the late John M. Schlesinger, QC, with whom he practiced from 1970 to 1995, Frank Schlesinger was born and continues to live in Montreal. He earned his law degree from the Université de Montréal in 1969 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1970, and he also holds an honours degree in psychology and political science from McGill University. Over a career spanning more than fifty years, Frank Schlesinger has served a broad range of clients while remaining active in his profession and in the community. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell BV Distinguished rating and has served as a retired municipal court judge for several municipalities, including Montreal, Huntingdon, and Châteauguay.
