About Jean-François

Jean-François Cliche founded JFC Avocat and has practised civil and commercial litigation for more than thirty years, developing particular expertise in construction law. Jean-François Cliche advises and represents project owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers before the civil courts, and has also handled matters involving insurance law, contractual and extracontractual liability, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholder disputes, and extraordinary remedies such as injunctions and pre-judgment seizures. Jean-François Cliche has taught civil procedure at the École du Barreau since 2006.
