About Jaspal

Jaspal Sangha is the founder and principal lawyer at Sangha Construction Law, representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors on contract drafting, liens, adjudications and construction disputes. He previously practised at a boutique construction law firm and a national Toronto firm before starting his own practice, and has litigated at every level of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal and Divisional Court.
