Sangha Construction Law Professional Corporation is a solo construction law practice based in Mississauga, Ontario, with an office at 2 Robert Speck Parkway in the city's downtown core. Founder Jaspal Sangha, iBBA, JD, earned an undergraduate degree from the Schulich School of Business and a law degree from Windsor Law, then worked at a small construction law firm in Toronto, a national law firm and a regional insurance defense firm before opening this practice. Sangha Construction Law represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors on matters that run from the drafting table through to court.

The firm's work covers contract review, drafting and negotiation, construction liens, breach of trust claims, interim adjudication and construction litigation. During Jaspal Sangha's first five years in practice, much of it while working at a construction law firm, a national firm and a regional insurance defense firm before opening Sangha Construction Law, Sangha personally litigated matters at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court. In one interim adjudication matter involving Traugott Building Contractors, the firm secured a $1.3 million determination, which it describes as the largest amount awarded through adjudication with the Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC) since that process began in 2019. The firm operates primarily on a virtual basis, with in person meetings available on request.
