About Jason

Jason Gratl practises litigation at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, with a focus on constitutional rights, Indigenous advocacy, and social justice matters at Gratl & Company. Jason Gratl assisted Robert Latimer with parole matters, helped secure a $15 million settlement for abuse survivors, and helped obtain a $4.9 million settlement for the families of Robert Pickton's victims. Jason Gratl holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Waterloo and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where the Torys Prize in Private International Law, the Jeffrey W. Egner Prize in Labour Law, and the Ting Sum Tang Prize in International Law and Finance were awarded, and is currently pursuing graduate studies at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law.
