About Jason

Jason Cherniak founded Cherniak Law PC in 2008 to serve the York Region and Greater Toronto Area community. A lifelong resident of Richmond Hill, he earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto before completing his law degree at Dalhousie University and being called to the bar in 2006. He has extensive experience in real estate law, contracts and litigation.
