Jason Berger is the principal of Berger Law, a business and tax lawyer. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and worked as an associate at a tax law firm in the Greater Toronto Area, gaining experience in complex tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and high-value transactions for high-net-worth individuals and corporations. Jason founded Berger Law in 2016 to provide legal services to business owners, and his work focuses on legal compliance, drafting agreements, and strategic tax planning. His practice covers corporate structuring and reorganizations, succession planning and trusts, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and tax law. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
