About Jason
Jason B. Nemeth was born in Nanaimo and raised in Parksville, BC. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Malaspina University-College (now Vancouver Island University) in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2009. He articled with the Legal Services Society in Prince George and was called to the bar in British Columbia in May 2010, beginning his practice at Jon M. Duncan Law with a focus on family law and criminal defence. He later returned to Vancouver Island and has practiced in downtown Courtenay for about a decade, focusing on family law, including separations, divorce, family property division, and matters involving the Ministry of Children and Family Development.
