Jason is a founding member of Peszko Legal and a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2000 after earning his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1999. He has expanded his practice from litigation into real estate, wills and estates, tax enforcement, and municipal law, and serves as general counsel to several rural municipalities.
