About Brikena

Brikena Rochette is a founding partner at RN Consulting and a licensed barrister and solicitor in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, as well as a notary public in Ontario. She holds a BA with honours in criminology and a minor in psychology from Western University, where she won the Criminology Award for the highest grade point average in her discipline, and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. She began her career focused on criminal law, working for senior counsel at a downtown Toronto criminal defence firm and as a summer student with Legal Aid Ontario's Duty Counsel Office at Old City Hall. After being called to the bar, she shifted her focus to business law, and since founding RN Consulting she has advised clients on company structure, contract interpretation and compliance, and trademark matters. She also worked as a legal intern in India with an organization helping migrant workers secure their statutory employment rights.
