About Jaret

Jaret Moldaver is the senior and co-founding partner of Moldaver Rosenberg LLP, with more than 25 years of experience in family law. His practice spans negotiation, mediation and litigation, and he places a strong emphasis on early, amicable resolution where possible. Jaret's background in psychology helps him balance empathy with advocacy so clients feel supported through difficult circumstances. He regularly speaks on continuing legal education programs for lawyers and judges and has served as secretary of the Family Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, as well as an instructor for the Bar Admissions course. Outside of practice, Jaret has been an innovator for the Hospital for Sick Children and, with his family, a supporter of a hospital abroad.
