About Jane

Jane Stewart graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and articled with the federal Department of Justice, focusing on criminal and human rights law. After her call to the Bar of Ontario in 2010, she practised Aboriginal law and child welfare at a boutique litigation firm before joining JFCY, and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.
