About Hart
Hart Kaminker was called to the Bar in 1992 and has extensive experience in all facets of immigration and citizenship law, including litigation, permanent and temporary applications, and reviews of Immigration tribunal and visa officer decisions. He has represented clients before the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board. His practice also includes real estate transactions such as purchase and sale of properties, refinancing, and commercial subdivisions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario (1987) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto (1990).
