About James

James O'Shea joined McGuinty Law Offices in 2022 and, after completing his articles there, now practices business law, wills, powers of attorney, and estates. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2020 and an LL.L. through the University of Ottawa's National Program in 2021, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. Before law school he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in political science from McGill University. Originally from Montreal, he practices in both English and French.
