About James

James Lozinsky is the founder of James C. Lozinsky Professional Corporation, practicing law in the Foothills region of Alberta since 2001. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calgary in 2000, articled with a small Calgary firm, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2001. His practice covers wills and estates, family law, corporate law, residential and commercial real estate, child representation, mediation, arbitration, and parenting coordination. Lozinsky is a certified family mediator and arbitrator and has additional training in collaborative family law and the peacemaker approach. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Calgary Bar Association, and several dispute-resolution associations, and is active in community organizations throughout Okotoks and the Diamond Valley area.
