About James
James Yaskowich has been with Felesky Flynn since 2001, dividing his practice between tax planning and dispute resolution, including audit support and advocacy before the Canada Revenue Agency and the courts. He has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and provincial superior courts in Ontario and Alberta. During nine years at the Department of Justice, he appeared as counsel for the CRA. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1991 and the Alberta bar in 2000.
