About James

James Atherton is a partner at Capiche Legal with more than twenty years of corporate and securities law experience, gained at prominent national and regional firms. He has acted for private and public companies across a range of industries and stages of development, and he has served as an executive and director of a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed issuer. He is also CEO of Capiche Capital Technologies, which he says gives him a combined legal and business perspective on clients' capital markets objectives and regulatory landscape.
