About Jae
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities. He serves on the Finance and Administration Committee for the Canadian Hemophilia Society and is a member of St. Michael's Young Leaders. He joined the firm as a summer student and articled upon graduation.
