About Jacob
Jacob Murad is the president of KPA Lawyers and also serves as managing partner and general counsel to BlueStar Equity, a private equity family office in Toronto. He has acted as general counsel for numerous private companies and negotiated more than 30 mergers and acquisitions transactions worth over $150 million. He earned his law degree from Western Michigan Law School and a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto.
