About J.

French has been a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador since 1971 and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1988. He is a past president of the Law Society and has held leadership roles with the Grace General Hospital Corporation and the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation. His practice covers real estate, residential and commercial construction law, subdivision development, corporate and commercial matters, litigation, personal injury, and estate planning. He holds an LL.B. and a B.A. from the University of New Brunswick.
