About J.

J. Mark Skipper co-founded Paroian Skipper Lawyers in 2006 together with Leon Paroian, Q.C., after earlier establishing the firm of Monforton, Robitaille, Ducharme & Skipper. He practices corporate law and has acted for financial institutions, publicly traded and private companies, family businesses, land developers, and municipalities. He earned a B.A. from the University of Windsor in 1973 and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Essex Law Association.
