About Illana

Illana Perez has extensive private practice experience in banking and financing, having worked on numerous large transactions from due diligence through closing, including corporate financing, real estate and asset-based financing, and syndicated loans. Perez has also worked in real estate law, participating in the financing of major development projects across Quebec. At Delegatus, Perez has served as in-house legal advisor to Bombardier Aéronautique, Pharmascience Inc. and the Procurement group at National Bank of Canada, and previously advised the directors and shareholders of a family business. Before joining Delegatus, Perez practised for more than 10 years in the financing group at McMillan. Perez holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal.
