About Ian

Ian was called to the Ontario bar in 1980 after articling at Agro Zaffiro. He practises insurance defence litigation, defending tort claims against school boards, municipalities, police and fire departments, commercial landlords, retailers, and other institutions. His work covers occupiers' liability, alcohol liability, professional errors and omissions claims, and employment law, and he has considerable appellate experience.
