Andrew is a member of the litigation group, with a practice focused on creditors' rights and commercial and banking litigation. He acts for major lending institutions and appears regularly in the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia on debtor and creditor issues. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from Saint Mary's University, along with a certificate in Chinese Language and Culture from Xiamen University. He volunteers on the Board of the Legal Information Society and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Risk Management Association.
