About David
David Burton founded Burton Law in 2020. A Halifax native, he returned home after practising as a litigator in Toronto and brought lessons from that career, along with entrepreneurial experience outside law, into building the firm. He operates Burton Law as a modern solo practice with low overhead, focusing on real estate transactions and life and legacy planning, including wills and trusts. He meets clients where they are most comfortable, including his home office in Armdale, Halifax.
