About Samantha

Samantha L. Charlebois is the founder of SLC Legal Solutions and practises family law in Sault Ste. Marie. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Algoma University in 2017, then a Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in 2020, and was called to the Ontario bar in October 2020. During law school she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada at the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre, later serving as student coordinator, and worked at her campus's Community Legal Service Clinic. She began her career at the former firm O'Neill DeLorenzi Nanne, where she appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on family law matters including custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, property division, and divorce. In 2025 she founded SLC Legal Solutions, where she also practises alternative dispute resolution alongside her court work.
