Holiday D. Powell maintains a general litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial and corporate law, handling contractual disputes, real property disputes, product liability claims, construction litigation, and debt collection. She has litigated in the BC Supreme Court, Provincial Court, and administrative tribunals, and formerly practised as a litigator in California before being called to the BC bar.
