About Hogan

Hogan Song is the founder of HS Law Corporation, an experienced solicitor and barrister practicing in wills and estates and business-corporate-commercial law, with over 25 years of domestic and international legal experience. He has owned, invested in, and operated businesses across retail, industrial, hospitality, real estate, technology, and consulting, including more than a decade of international legal and business work in Seoul, South Korea. He volunteers with organizations including the Economic Development Committee of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, New View Society, and Tri-Cities Seniors' Action Society, and coaches youth sports including Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association and Port Moody Soccer Club.
