Helen Nowak is a labour and employment lawyer, a member of the Law Society of Ontario, and an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). She conducts workplace and sports investigations covering harassment, discrimination, and other workplace conduct issues, and previously served as legal counsel to unions in the federal public service, health care, and university sectors.
