About Peter

Peter J. Berlingieri has practiced law in Sault Ste. Marie since his call to the bar in 1999. He earned his Honours B.A. in Political Science from the University of Windsor in 1994 and his Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 1997. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, real estate, wills and estates, municipal law, and litigation, including corporate structuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. He's a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Algoma District Law Association, and has chaired the Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology Board of Governors. He also acts as a Ministry of Transportation Prosecutor for Sault Ste. Marie, Blind River, and Wawa. Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, he's fluent in English and Italian.
