About Harry

Harry Virk practises citizenship and immigration law, criminal law, family law and administrative law at Liberty Law Corporation, appearing before the Federal Court of Canada, the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Human Rights Commission, the Employment Standards Branch, the Canada Border Services Agency and various professional disciplinary tribunals. He obtained a B.A. (Law) degree in 2002 and a Bachelor of Laws (Professional) degree in 2004, later receiving a certificate of qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and studying at the University of British Columbia.
