About Harman

Harman Sandhu is a litigation associate and construction lawyer at Sportschuetz & Company, practising construction law, builders lien disputes, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, and contractual conflicts. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2025 and holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University (2024). Before practising law, he co-founded and operated a residential construction company, giving him direct experience with the commercial realities faced by owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors. His litigation experience includes appearances before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Provincial Court, along with pleadings, chambers applications, mediations, and trial preparation.
